Hebrews 11:20 and Gen 48:1 - 49:33 and 50:22-26
In Hebrews it talks about the different patriarchs who died. Psalm 116:15 says, (ESV) Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
How we live our lives while alive, determines how we die. Will my faith triumph over death?
These men were not perfect. Neither am I but I should continue to follow God and live a life of faith so my death, when it comes, will be triumphant! I have always told my kids the song I want sung at my funeral is, "We're gonna have a party"
Live a life of faith so it triumphs death!
