Asaph shares 4 basic truths about Jehovah God:
v 1-3 - God wants us to know Him
v 4-6 - God wants us to trust Him
v 7-9 - God wants us to fear Him [reverential awe; respect]
v 10-12 - God wants us to obey Him
I also noticed something I had never seen before. verse 2 says His abode has been established in Salem. My note says it's an early name for Jerusalem but one commentary wrote it like this (Jeru)Salem....and of course we know that salem comes from shalom >>
